The All About Me mini information pack is a resource for students to use to help their teachers get to know them better. What their strengths are, how they can be supported better and explain how their condition(s) impact them.
You will receive a two-page A4, leaflet for your young person to complete and in addition an A4 suggestion sheet with ideas on how small accommodations can help them in the classroom.
It's a good way to help your child reflect on their strengths and challenges too!
